These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of alanalouproductions.cloud (the "Site") and any order, service, or purchase made with Alana Lou Productions LLC ("Alana Lou Productions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, submitting the contact form, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Description of Services

Alana Lou Productions LLC creates custom digital art, printed decor, custom apparel, and keepsake products made from photos and artwork provided by customers, offers photography sessions, and produces bulk/commemorative orders for events, celebrations, and tributes. All work is custom and made to order based on the information, photos, and instructions you provide.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed on the Site are current estimates and are subject to change; the price confirmed with you at checkout or in writing for your specific order is the price that applies.
  • Payment is processed through PayPal. Full or partial payment may be required before work begins, depending on the size and nature of the order.
  • Bulk and custom event orders may require a separate quote and deposit, which we will confirm with you directly before production begins.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your order details (photos, sizing, quantities, spelling, and any personalization text) before approving production — we are not responsible for errors in information you provided and approved.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each order is custom-made specifically for you, our cancellation and refund policy works as follows:

  • Before production begins: you may cancel your order for a full refund.
  • After production begins: once we have started creating your custom art, printing, or producing your item, the order generally cannot be canceled or refunded, since the work and materials are specific to your order and cannot be resold.
  • Damaged or defective items: if a physical product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Photography sessions: cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, at our discretion, given the time reserved for your session.

Refund and cancellation requests should be sent to info@alanalouproductions.cloud. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always work with you in good faith.

5. Customer Responsibilities

When you submit a photo, image, or other content to us for use in your order, you confirm that:

  • You own the photo/content or otherwise have the legal right to use it and to have it reproduced in the product or piece you're ordering;
  • The content does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
  • The content is not unlawful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

You are solely responsible for the content you provide. We reserve the right to decline any order or content we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original photos and content you provide to us. Upon full payment, you own the finished custom piece created for you (the physical product and/or delivered digital file), for your personal or intended use. Alana Lou Productions LLC retains the right to any original design elements, techniques, and processes we develop, and may, with your permission, showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media — we will always ask before doing so with anything that includes an identifiable photo of you, your family, or your pet.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our services to: submit content you do not have the right to use; request reproductions of copyrighted material (celebrity photos, licensed characters, brand logos, etc.) without proper authorization; engage in fraudulent payment activity; or use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alana Lou Productions LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to any order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of sentimental value, arising from a delayed, lost, or imperfect custom item, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer

Because our products are handmade and custom to each order, minor variations in color, texture, sizing, or finish compared to a digital preview are normal and are not considered defects.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or placement of a new order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
